Because of the clinical nature of the kit that is sent out to you. We can only offer full refunds if the kit is in its original packaging, not opened and the whole kit is returned in its original state. If this is the case, then a full refund will be made within 2 weeks of receiving the original kit and an email from you requesting a refund.

If the kit has been opened, then only 50% of the purchase price can be refunded, due to the price of kits and administrative demands. Again you will need to return the kit and an email from you requesting a refund. 

If this is the case, then a refund of 50% will be made within 2 weeks of receiving the original kit and receiving an email from you requesting a refund.

All kits will be sent to you via Royal Mail, 1st class post. 

There is a returns envelope with the correct address, your samples should be returned using the Royal Mail's special tracked service, such as recorded delivery or courier, this is at your cost.
